Baked Oats

Recipe from Sweaty Sweet Potato

Yield: 1 Serving


  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free oats)
  • 1 tsp chia
  • 2/3 cup nut milk
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional. could also do 1 tbsp peanut powder)
  • Large spoonful of peanut butter
  • Pinch of sea salt


  1. Mix all ingredients well in an oven-safe bowl
  2. Press chocolate chips into the mixture
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes


This recipe can be customized with any nut butters and any toppings (try blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, etc.)
