How to get started? First, schedule a meeting. Stella will listen to your background story, needs, goals, and health history. Next, Stella will work with you to build a plan that works with your lifestyle whether this includes private coaching or not. If private coaching is necessary, this can be done at your home, SBM Fitness in Menlo Park, outside at a park, or done virtually via Zoom or Google Meet. Continuous assessment and program tweaking are done to make sure your goals are met.
Whether you are looking to improve overall fitness or general health, are an athlete looking to round out your training program, have very specific goals around nutrition and/or exercise, have come off an injury and looking for guidance, or just need someone to help you stay motivated, StellaFit’s holistic approach can help you build a stronger, healthier, more energetic and resilient body.
Stella’s client list includes many high performance individuals including some of Silicon Valley’s top executives, an Academy Award Winning Director, as well as many people just wanting to live and perform at their optimal level.
