Baked Oats
Recipe from Sweaty Sweet Potato
Yield: 1 Serving
Ingredients
- 1/2 mashed banana
- 1/2 cup rolled oats (use gluten-free oats)
- 1 tsp chia
- 2/3 cup nut milk
- Dash of cinnamon
- 1 tbsp vanilla protein powder (optional. could also do 1 tbsp peanut powder)
- Large spoonful of peanut butter
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well in an oven-safe bowl
- Press chocolate chips into the mixture
- Bake at 350 degrees for 23-25 minutes
Notes
This recipe can be customized with any nut butters and any toppings (try blueberries, strawberries, walnuts, etc.)
