Let’s make 2015 a spectacular year!
Happy New Year! It’s that time of the year again to decide what you want to accomplish over the next 12 months or maybe just the first 3-6. Whether you take the time to make New Year’s resolutions or just spend a few minutes thinking about your top 3-5 goals for the year, having a few goals can give you the focus you need to get started on making 2015 a great year!
If you missed last week’s blog, here is what is happening at Perfectly Fit this year. I will be leading another Whole30 challenge starting January 5th. Please let me know ASAP if you would like to join as I plan to set up a Facebook page for support. If you are not familiar with the Whole30, it is a 30 day elimination of all inflammatory foods based on Paleo principles – http://whole30.com. I will be leading another group of teens who want to train for a 5K and possibly a 10K in the Spring. I will be continuing to teach the small group training and TRX classes that you love and hopefully, I will have a few more surprises in the pipeline!
I am so excited to get back to work this week and sure hope you all can make it to class! If you attend a small group class, please go to www.stellafit.com and “sign up” online. You will need to purchase a class card if you do not have one on file. If you currently have one on file, please go ahead and email me if you are coming to class. As your cards run out, you will need to start using MindBody to sign up for class. You can also use MindBody to check the schedule as it is posted online and will stay current.
If you are interested in signing up for Personal Training or Nutrition/Wellness Coaching, you will still need to email me to schedule a time before signing up online. Nutrition and Wellness Coaching are currently listed under Personal Training.
