Work + Rest + Hydrate + Clean Eating = RESULTS!!!
I hope to see you all in class this week!! Most Spring Breaks are over and it’s time to get out your favorite workout gear, lace up your shoes and get moving!!!
This is the last week to try and win the March Madness challenge – it will officially end next Monday, April 15th. The person who attends the most number of Perfectly Fit group classes between March 1st and April 15th will receive a free one-on-one personal training session or 6 group classes ($120 value). We do have one person in the lead by 2 classes and several who could pull off a steal if they come to class all week!!! The competition was originally instituted to celebrate the anniversary of Perfectly Fit, but it has become a great way to try and get everyone to attend classes regularly. Consistency in your clean eating and exercise program is the BEST way to achieve lasting results!!! I always get asked about the effectiveness of programs like P90X and The Tracy Anderson Method and I will say this, they are effective because they ask that you do them EVERY DAY! If you were to exercise 7 days a week with almost any sound, challenging program, you would see results. The point is, find things that work for you and BE CONSISTENT and make them a priority!!!! You are SO WORTH IT!!!! Don’t forget to hydrate and rest, hydration and rest/sleep are equally important to your fitness results. Our bodies need recovery time for adaptation to occur and hydration to replace lost fluid.
