Middle School Running and Conditioning Program at Hillview Middle School

Stella has been coaching middle school running and conditioning programs at Hillview Middle School for 7 years. Many of her student-athletes have gone on to compete at the highest level in high school x-country and track. Her focus on establishing a healthy running base for tissue tolerance, mixing in a few races, along with games, intervals, and education around healthy habits and performance have produced successful programs that the kids really enjoy.
