I absolutely believe that the majority of people walking this earth have no idea how good their body is designed to feel. Clearly, many do not have the opportunity to know due to circumstances outside their control, but many do and make lifestyle choices that never allow them the amazing fortune to wake up everyday with a body that is truly alive and well and ready to help you live in your fullest capacity! Small, consistent changes over time that are sustainable offer the greatest rewards, especially 3-5 years down the road.
Many of us live in a very short sighted world with the mindset of “I want it now or at least within 6 weeks”. Yes, you can make lots of changes with a very strict diet and exercise program that will get you pretty impressive results in 6 weeks, but if they are not sustainable, then all that hard work is lost. I know the Holiday Season is not the best time to make changes, but maybe try and make some improvements in your choices this season so come January, you are not set back. You are worthy of feeling and looking your best everyday, not just for a short period of time!
