Summer is a great time to:
I hope you are all enjoying your summer. The weeks just seem to be flying by!
Summer is a great time to:
1. Get outdoors and try something new.
2. Take the time to recover from the grind of the school year.
3. Spend some time reflecting on your healthy habits and your family’s healthy habits and see where you can make a few adjustments.
4. Come up with a new goal or goals for you to work on in the fall.
5. Read that book or books that have been collecting dust on your beside table.
6. Sit back, relax, and enjoy the ride.
I have one more week of my teen camps July 20th – 23rd. We still have some spots open if your incoming 8th-10th grader would like to join us. Registration will close on July 15th. You can find more information on my website at www.stellafit.com. These camps are a great way for your teen to get small group personal training in a fun and supportive environment.
If you are in town, I hope to see you this week. We will have class on TH at 6am at Woodland School and F at 9:15am at Stanford Hills.
