Be consistent with your diet and exercise!

We are counting down the weeks until summer is officially here and it is right around the corner!!!  Classes have been picking up and everyone is working so hard.  I promise if you are consistent with your exercise, the results will follow.  I notice the most improvement in the people who consistently show up 2 or 3+ days a week.  The same is true for your diet.  You need to be consistent with your clean eating most of the week, every week.  The 80-20 rule is generally a good one to follow for most people.  Eat as clean as you can (NO PROCESSED FOOD and MINIMAL SUGAR except for natural sugar found in fruit) 80% of the time!!!
Congratulations to the wonderful women who participated in the 6 week transformation challenge!!!  They all look fabulous and everyone met or exceeded their goals!  These women lost pounds, lost inches, made improvements to their diets, and generally feel better.  If you are looking to make improvements to your overall health and would like some coaching help, please let me know.
On Thursday, Nancy Irene will be bringing her yummy organic artisan foods to the end of the 9:00 am class.  You definitely do not want to miss her amazing granola, chow chow, almond butter, jams, and beets!!!!
