Training Movement

Happy St. Patrick’s Day!!!!  It is almost officially Spring and time to get out and enjoy this beautiful weather!!  Whatever your activity of choice, Perfectly Fit is in the business to make you stronger to be better at the things you love doing…even if that is playing with your kids, coaching sports, keeping up with the rigors of a busy life.  I train movement as opposed to classes that just train muscle.  I want you to look and feel great first and foremost, but I also want you to be stronger and perform better in the activities you love doing!  So come on out and get moving, get stronger, feel better, increase your energy and endurance and have a little fun doing it!!!
The March Madness challenge is underway!  It has been extended until April 15th to give everyone a fair chance of winning given that Spring Breaks fall mostly on the last week of March and first week of April.  Remember, the person who attends the most number of Perfectly Fit group classes will receive a free one-on-one personal training session or 6 group classes ($120 value).
The 6 week health transformation program starts April 1st.  The program includes 2-4 coaching sessions, group classes and one-on-one training, an individual whole food program designed to meet your goals and lifestyle, support, and accountability.  Let me know ASAP if this is something that you might be interested in to take your health to the next level.
