….and repeat
If your regular fitness routine has looked like this over the past few weeks, then it might be time to get back out there and move your body! We would love to see you in class this week!!! If you are just too busy to make it to class, then try to do something for at least 20-30 minutes each day. Rise and shine a few minutes early, stretch, and do a short circuit, go for a brisk walk, put in a yoga video, etc. You will feel better mentally and physically.
