It’s a lot of little steps

What crazy weather we are having!!!  Despite the weather, I hope most of you have found a way to get out and get some exercise this weekend!!  An easy way to put a workout together if you are stuck at home is to combine five exercises in a circuit for one minute each.  For example:
1.  pushups
2.  squat jumps
3.  sit ups
4.  Mountain Climbers
5.  tuck jumps
Do all five in a row for 1 minute each and then rest for 1 minute before repeating.  Do at least 4 sets.  You can add planks, different variations of a sit up, tricep dips, etc.
Don’t let the weather or the busy holiday season keep you from moving your body!!!!
