Strong is the new skinny

We are having a great time in class these days!!!  I hope you will be able to make fitness a priority as your schedules keep getting busier with the holidays fast approaching.  I don’t know about you, but my workouts are what keeps me sane most of the year, but especially at this time (OK, a little wine helps, too)!
