Personal Training

Perfectly Fit offers customized training programs to meet your health and fitness goals that fit with your lifestyle.  Perfectly Fit’s mission is to inspire, train, and motivate clients to achieve their personal best.  One of the benefits of a Perfectly Fit workout is that Stella will meet you where you are at physically and emotionally and give you a workout that will meet your goals on any given day.

One-on-One Personal Training is customized to fit your goals, fitness level and lifestyle. All training sessions are designed to help you reach your desired goals. Partner training is offered for two clients with similar goals and fitness levels who workout together and share the cost.


Small Group Training is offered for groups of between 2-6 participants who would like a customized workout experience for a more reasonable price.

Teen One-on-One or Small Group Training is offered for the teen or teens in your life who would like to improve their fitness for a specific sport or just improve their overall wellness.  With Stella’s background in family therapy and emphasis on adolescents, she is an excellent choice to work with your teen!


 Ongoing Small Group Classes are a metabolically dense one-hour, calorie burning, circuit training workout that alternates cardio moves with multi-muscle strength and flexibility exercises for a total body workout in a fun and supportive environment.  Multi-muscle exercises are the foundation for building healthy, lean bodies and improving overall fitness.  These classes are for people of all fitness levels and designed to help improve overall strength and endurance.

Nutrition or Wellness Coaching

Need help accomplishing other personal or even professional goals?  Perfectly Fit offers 30 minute or one hour life coaching sessions either in person or by phone to help you achieve your goals, make changes in your life, or figure out how to drive past your roadblocks and on to success.

Training Plans

Just need someone to give you the workouts that you can execute yourself?  Or maybe you need someone to plan your marathon, half-marathon or other road race training schedule?   Perfectly Fit will work with you to develop plans that fit with your lifestyle, other workouts, and busy schedules.
